Proscenium Support Contract If all Proscenium products are backed by a 12 month Warranty, why do I need a support contract? The 12 month Warranty covers parts and labor on defective components in your system. However, the majority of our service calls are not a result of defective parts. Proscenium guarantees that your system will be operational and you will be trained in basic usage before we leave your location. Yet, customers who take advantage of advanced video technology often prefer to have someone they can contact with questions regarding remote access, connectivity, and ongoing system maintenance. This separates Proscenium from other digital video companies. If you have a problem or a question, we are available to help. Proscenium has acquired countless customers from competitors who won't return phone calls or support their products after the check has been cashed. If your problem is the result of a defective part, within the first year we will replace the part at no charge to you. If your problem or question involves system usage or integration of your DVR with the rest of your network, you can take advantage of our technical support services.
