We work exceptionally hard for our clients at all hours of the day and night. And we’re so proud of our staff for the remarkable work they do. And so, we take care of them. From the wellness grant we give, to the bar in our office, to the legendary holiday parties we throw, to the unlimited PTO we offer, we create a culture of caring. We make sure our employees are well taken care of, so they are set up to do the best work of their careers for our clients and themselves.
We care about our clients, our work, and each other. We raise money for charities, make sure our staff is trained in CPR to keep things safe onsite, and serve on boards of arts organizations. And we work in a highly collaborative way where everyone has each other’s back. We are detail-oriented perfectionists who want our work to be singular, excellent, and exemplary.
When HEINEKEN wanted to connect more with their audience, we designed a custom 270° stage for them. When Harley-Davidson wanted to highlight design, we created a pre-show that brought the audience squarely into the design process. When Boeing wanted a dramatic way to reveal a plane, we designed and created the world’s largest Kabuki drop. We like doing things well, but we love doing things first.
We produce live events. That’s what we do. We find ourselves sitting around a conference table with the CEO, CMO, COO of some of the world’s largest and most successful brands. And what are we doing? Helping them strategize. We are honored that our intelligence and insights have earned their trust and partnership enough to give us a seat at the table in “the room where it happens.”
