We’ve worked alongside T-Mobile for nearly a decade to produce talked-about, magenta-forward live and virtual events. Each year, we develop 10+ events, including Un-carrier initiative launches, incentive programs, earnings webcasts, and frontline rallies.

CELEBRATING THE

BEST VIRTUALLY

Each year since 2015, the IN Crowd tour has been a live 16-city roadshow, celebrating top performers at T-Mobile Customer Experience Centers.


This year’s 3-evening virtual event recognized 350 winners per night and featured executive shout-outs, award winner animations with host voice-over, employee talent videos, live chat and polling, and ended with a live DJ session.

We pre-recorded crowd-favorite host Aaron Smalls (using a green screen) to place him an eye-catching virtual IN Crowd environment.

CONNECTING WITH

THE STREET

Since 2019 we’ve produced, staged, and broadcast 12 virtual quarterly Earnings calls to the financial community and SMT (i.e. MSNBC, CNBC, Cheddar).


The day after Earnings, we produce the All Employee Webcast that features a combo of presentations from senior leaders and live Q&A.


The timeline of these events are often tight, but we still manage to pack an Un-carrier punch and help T-Mobile seamlessly webcast its most important information to some of its most influential audiences.

STOP THERE

The Winners Circle live broadcast recognizes the top 1% of employees. In 2021 our virtual experience featured elaborate staging, meaningful video recognition, and live Q&A. Winners received curated and branded gift boxes in advance of the event to help them celebrate their big win and bring the party to their homes.


Virtual Analyst Day focused on T-Mobile’s impressive business plan and forecasting, fusing exciting pre-recorded content segments with live Q&A with senior leadership.
